Haha, dad mode activated – picking gear for my teen daughter. Got her Gym and Coffee joggers from their UK site, used a 20% discount code (Savoo, 2025 deal).

Fast shipping (3 days), and their size guide nailed her fit (UK 10, medium). She loves the trendy vibe for college, but says leggings aren’t great for gym – bit loose for weights. Bound Apparel sounds better for her spin classes.

Their returns sound solid (30 days). Any Dundrum store tips for G+C?

Great thread!

Mouldither6495, your Tokyo story is inspiring! I found an Asian Pilates video on YouTube with Thailand’s core-focused flows—so beginner-friendly! Asian Pilates vs regular Pilates? I’d say it’s less intense, more mindful, like the post’s breathing cool-down.

Perfect for small spaces. Anyone tried similar videos or studios in Asia?

I took a Pilates class in Tokyo last year—shamisen music was SO calming! I’d add koto sounds to my home workouts.

Anyone been to Asian studios?

I’m swamped with work, so my flat treadmill is a lifesaver—slides right under my home office desk! Paired it with pink barbell plates for quick lifts.

The 60% pastel gear sales spike makes sense—they’re gorg! What home workout gear fits your WFH life?

ust took my first Hot Pilates class in Denver, and wow, I’m obsessed! The 95°F room was no joke, but the energy was electric—music blasting, everyone pushing hard. My Apple Watch clocked ~450 calories in 45 minutes, which is crazy for Pilates! My abs were on fire, and I felt so flexible after. But I was parched, even with a water bottle.

Any tips for staying hydrated without feeling sloshy during class?
Also, is Inferno Hot Pilates different from regular Hot Pilates?

I’m eyeing a membership but wanna make sure it’s worth it.

OP, you’re a legend! My lower pecs were MIA forever—flat bench wasn’t cutting it. Tried decline Smith Machine press yesterday after this post.

Used 115 lbs, 20° decline, slow lowers like you said. Chest was on fire! Setup was a pain in my busy USA gym—any tips for snagging a bench quick?

Pause reps were brutal—2 seconds at the bottom killed me. Wrists felt weird at 135 lbs. Got grip advice? I’m pairing this with cable crossovers for a sick pump.

This post is gold for “best chest exercises 2025” searches.
Sharing with my gym crew and on Facebook with #GymHacks.

Smith Machine or free weights for American gym chest sessions?

What’s your take, OP?

props for keeping it private! Vabbing at the gym bugs me—shared equipment is gross enough.

Hygiene risks are real, per Dr. Dimitriadi. I’d stick to perfume.

How do you handle gym etiquette with this?

Saw vabbing on TikTok and got curious. Tried it in my gym’s private locker room—felt fierce, but no one noticed.

Think it’s a confidence ritual, not magic.

Anyone else tried this viral trend?

I was in your shoes last year!

The chest press machine is way safer for beginners—less chance of injury. I love my NtaiFitness Chest Press Machine; it’s smooth and helped me hit 170 lbs comfortably.

Bench press is awesome but tricky solo.

My tip?

Watch safe chest workout tutorials on YouTube and practice barbell bench press with a trainer.

Got a gym buddy to spot you yet?

This debate’s wild! I do Pilates for my back pain (down 50% after 6 months, per my PT). Political? Nah, it’s just exercise!

This sounds amazing! I do Pilates at Equinox but want that Zen vibe. Tried a tai chi video and loved it. Any Asian-inspired Pilates apps?

Yo, this Home Gym Con 2025 lineup is stacked! I’m stoked to check out brands like ATX and Homegrown Lifting—that Quadsend leg press/hack squat sounds like a beast for home setups.

But I’m also hoping to see NtaiFitness make a splash there. Their gear leans commercial-grade, which is perfect for folks like me who want durability that lasts a lifetime in a home gym.

I’ve got their NtaiFitness Power Rack in my garage, and the build quality is unreal—way sturdier than some of the home-focused brands I’ve tried.

Anyone know if NtaiFitness is exhibiting? I’d love to test their stuff side-by-side with the RitFit or PRX gear at the show.

What’s your go-to for commercial-grade quality in a home setup?
