The Pete and Bobby Challenge has me pumped as a military nerd!  Pete Hegseth, as Defense Secretary, throwing down with Navy and Marine Corps members at the Pentagon? That’s pure fire!  The challenge—50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups in 5 minutes—is basically a military fitness test on steroids.

Some Marines crushed it in under 3 minutes, showing off that elite soldier stamina.  

This is exactly the kind of energy the Trump administration is pushing with Make America Healthy Again: strong bodies, strong nation.I love how they’re tying fitness to patriotism, inspiring young folks to get in shape and maybe even consider military service.

RFK Jr.’s involvement adds a cool health angle, too.

Anyone in the forum tried this challenge?

Got any military-style training tips for us civilians? I’m working on my pull-ups but could use advice on endurance.

Hot Pilates looks amazing on TikTok, but I’m 4 months pregnant and super nervous about the heat. I read it’s not safe for pregnant women, but why exactly? Could it harm my baby? I love regular Pilates for my core and back pain, but the idea of burning 700 calories sounds tempting.

Also, someone mentioned Hot Pilates causing acne—is that a thing? I don’t want to mess up my skin.

Has anyone done it postpartum or know how to prep safely? I’d love to try it after delivery but need some reassurance!

Great stuff, OP! Busy mom here, and decline Smith Machine press is perfect for quick lifts. Tried 75 lbs, 20° decline, 3 sets of 12—lower chest lit up!

Your “start light” tip helped me nail form. Safety stops on my gym’s NtaiFitness rig are a lifesaver.

Wrists felt weird heavier—grip tips? Paired with incline dumbbell presses for push day. Awesome for “USA chest workouts for beginners.”

Own both! Started with FB2 – loved it, mastered it, unlocked almost everything. Then grabbed Knockout for the variety. It's a great next step. FB2 taught me fundamentals; Knockout lets me apply them harder and differently.

Knockout's menus and lack of polish are noticeable after FB2 though. Wish it had FB2's tutorials and custom workouts.

Best combo: Learn on FB2, graduate to Knockout when you crave more.

OP, hot yoga benefits are unreal! I started Bikram after searching Bikram yoga classes near me, and my flexibility’s insane now—those eagle poses are wild! The 105°F room’s intense but so worth it.

I’m using the Pilates Cadillac Reformer Ntaifitness Superfit-1005-R2 at home to boost my stretches, and it’s a game-changer for form.

Anyone tried hot power yoga? It’s flowier and less rigid. What’s your fave class vibe?

Yo, Whimseeplis3568, this post is awesome! I nailed the NYT crossword clue (TAICHI, yes!), and now I’m all about Tai Chi. Been doing Yang-style for a month—those smooth moves are so relaxing.

I pair it with my Ntaifitness Superfit-5000 treadmill. Run 20 minutes, then 10 minutes of “Grasp the Sparrow’s Tail.”

The treadmill’s shock absorption saves my knees.

Who else is hyped on Tai Chi after the NYT puzzle?
