As a newbie, I’d pick the chest press machine for safe chest workouts. The NtaiFitness Chest Press Machine helped me master form without stress.

Hi! I’ve used ATX racks before. They’re super strong and good for lifting. I got mine online, but shipping to Perth took a week. Check Dynamo Fitness for local stores.
