I’m a big fan of incline walks too—especially if I’m doing fasted cardio in the morning. But honestly, I didn’t start seeing fat loss until I tracked my food and added strength training. Haha, my yoga mat’s a cat bed now!
. That app any good for sleep? I’m desperate after my toddler’s 3 a.m. parties.
Bro, same vibe! My dumbbells are now doorstops after one too many near-misses. You tried Bowflex? My buddy swears by theirs.
Omg, I feel you! My ‘miracle diet’ ended with me sneaking Doritos at 2 a.m..
Those workouts worth keeping? Also, your cat in the pic is adorable!
Lmao, too real! My home gym setup is currently a plant stand for my wife’s succulents.
Have you tried those non-slip floor mats? Saved my hardwood from scratches. What city you in?
Got suckered into this “ultimate HIIT program” last summer ($99, “pro-level results”). Said it’s “apartment-friendly”—yeah, right! Every burpee sounds like a wrecking ball, and my downstairs neighbor bangs the ceiling by minute 5. Took me ages to figure out the workout app (needs a specific login code?).
Once, I misjudged a jump and knocked over my lamp—RIP. My gym’s HIIT class is quieter and better paced. The resistance bands they sent are already stretching out, maybe after 6 weeks? Still, my cardio’s up (check this blurry post-workout pic). Lifetime access,
I think? Anyone else doing this? How to not piss off my building?
