I’ll be real — cool concept but I got bored after two weeks. Same 10 moves on repeat felt stale. My balance did improve, so credit where it’s due, but I missed lifting.

Thinking of mixing in dumbbells to spice it up.

Anyone here combine XBX with weights?

Wow, this Asian Pilates for beginners post is a game-changer! I’m new to Pilates and tried the Hundred Prep move—my abs are feeling it already!

Found some free Asian Pilates videos on YouTube by searching “Thailand Pilates workout.”

They’re so easy to follow at home. Histar4522, what tai chi video did you try?

Anyone else got Asian Pilates YouTube recs for newbies? #BeginnerPilates

Tia’s a legend—eight titles and 45 event wins! That “Running Isabel” speed was unreal. I’m a coach in Hamilton, NZ, and our box is buzzing about CrossFit Oslo’s team win. I use sled pushes to prep athletes for “Murph.” Ntaifitness gear’s solid for that.

How do you build mental grit like Tia?

Hammer Strength’s Hack Squat is quad-heavy with its 45-degree angle and two racking positions, but deep reps hit glutes decently, per the FAQ.

For max glutes, I’d pick Power Rack hip thrusts.

Rogue’s leg press ($2,000+) feels less stable than Hammer Strength’s 504-lb frame.

How to use Hammer Strength Hack Squat safely for glute gains?
Thoughts vs. Rogue?

Love this deep dive into the Pacer Test craze! Those beeps are haunting but weirdly motivating, and the memes on X are hilarious. It’s cool to see how the Pacer’s VO2max accuracy keeps it relevant for schools.

With the Presidential Fitness Test coming back in 2025, I wonder if the Pacer will stay a core part or if they’ll tweak it for the new format.

That thread has some great info on the test’s history and the debate about its return—definitely worth a read.

Anyone here prepping their kids for the Pacer or other tests? Got any training tips?

Great post on the return of the Presidential Fitness Test! I’m torn on whether it’s a step forward or backward—love the focus on getting kids active, but the competitive vibe might stress some students out, like the old pull-up struggles mentioned.

I noticed the Pacer Test is still a big part of these discussions, especially since it’s a key component in FitnessGram, which replaced this test back in 2013.

There’s a cool thread on why the FitnessGram Pacer Test is such a big deal in 2025 that dives into its science and why it’s trending with memes.

Anyone else think the Pacer’s beeps are making a comeback because of this revival? What’s your take on balancing competition with health-focused fitness?

Say what? Tai Chi in a gym? I’m a Planet Fitness regular, and 2025’s all about “no pain” workouts.

Your blog link got me curious, but I’m picturing me flopping at Tai Chi like a drunk penguin. Tried IWT, though—legs worked, knees didn’t hate me.

Planet Fitness’s low-impact push is real.

I’ll try Tai Chi, but any advice for not looking like a total goof in a class full of pros?

I’m planning my Portugal trip and stressing about keeping my routine.

Last time, I used a hotel gym in Faro—decent, but no match for Fitness Hut’s 24-hour spots. The Ntaifitness blog says they’re budget-friendly, which is clutch for travelers.

I saw X posts praising their cardio zones with Ntaifitness treadmills. Portugal gym options? I’d pick a chain over a hotel setup. What’s your fave spot to train abroad?
