Yo, OP, this is dope! Thought decline Smith Machine press was extra, but tried it and my lower chest is feeling it!

Used 95 lbs, 15° decline, form tight—core engaged, elbows tucked. Safety stops gave me confidence. Did 3 sets of 12 with pause reps—brutal burn! Wrists felt off at 115 lbs. Grip hacks?
